I thought all of the information presented was very useful. Hearing what the role of a mortgage broker was helped me. The housing inspector gave some great insights about what to look for and the real estate lawyer was a fantastic addition and was very helpful answering all of the questions that people asked. Most of all, I feel the workshop really helped us realize that we need to get a good plan in place before we start seriously looking at open houses. I would definitely recommend this workshop to any friend that is looking to buy a house.
